Terms of service

These terms govern your use of https://www.skrutin.cricket and the SKrutin app at app.skrutin.cricket. By creating an account or signing in — whether via magic link, Google, or the federated FlikVault handoff — you accept these terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be 16 or older to create a SKrutin account. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping the email address on your account current and for any activity in your workspace. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Use SKrutin for cricket coaching purposes. Don't:

• upload content you don't have rights to (including third-party broadcast footage);
• upload content of players (especially juniors) without the required consents from the player or their guardian;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service;
• use the service to deliver malware, spam, or content that breaks applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the video, player data, and notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the coaching outputs you request (slow motion, ball tracking, biomechanics, AI coaching). We do not use your content to train AI models for third parties.

Disclaimer

SKrutin is provided “as is”. Coaching outputs are informational aids, not authoritative judgments — the coach remains responsible for technique decisions. Specific performance claims (latency, accuracy, integrations) are subject to your environment and will be agreed in your pilot or service contract.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CricketMind Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of SKrutin. Where local law caps such liability disclaimers, our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination & account deletion

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@skrutin.cricket. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or non-payment of any agreed fees. After termination, your content is deleted within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, where CricketMind Pty Ltd is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
